Our Mission
We R As 1, Inc. was established in 2019 and is dedicated to serving and supporting both women and men affected by breast cancer and other forms of cancer in the Buffalo Niagara region.
We specifically focus on individuals facing barriers to transportation and financial resources. We recognize that a cancer diagnosis can be a life-altering experience for which many are unprepared.
Our mission was inspired by personal survivorship and the loss of our founder, Annette Colden’s beloved sister,
Judie, to breast cancer.
